Our commitment

ToolHive AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. All of our tools run locally in your browser — we don't host, store, or serve user-uploaded files on our servers — but we take copyright concerns about our own site content (blog articles, images, and branding) seriously.

Filing a notice

If you believe content on ToolHive AI infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

How to reach us

Send DMCA notices via our contact page. We aim to review and respond to valid notices promptly, which may include removing or disabling access to the material in question.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact channel, including comparable identifying information and a statement of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against accounts or content associated with repeated, verified infringement.
