ToolHive AI is designed to need as little of your data as possible. We collect anonymized usage analytics (pages viewed, tool usage counts, general location at the country/region level) to understand what to build next. We do not require an account to use any tool.
Wherever a tool can run entirely in your browser, your files never leave your device. For the handful of tools that require server-side processing, your file is processed in memory and deleted immediately once your task completes or after a short timeout — whichever comes first. We do not read, scan, or retain the contents of your files.
We use essential cookies to remember your theme preference, and — where enabled — Google AdSense may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your Google Ads Settings.
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and Google AdSense to display advertising. Both are governed by Google's own privacy policy.
You can request details of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by reaching out through our contact page.
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes in a meaningful way.
